A symposium will be held in Tripoli by the end of 2005. This symposium will provide a forum  where, specialists from the African region and from International community will exchange views and know-how as to ways to draft the anticipated code. Experts from American, European and Asian Code developers and users will provide the African participants with their experience to help in code developments.

• Writing and drafting the African concrete code.

•  International experience and know-how in concrete codes.

• Local and regional experience.

Original papers on these topics are solicited for presentations in the symposium, a limited number of papers will be accepted invited speakers will present key note lectures.
